Neighbourhood Knowledge Management
Doncaster Primary Care Trust and Doncaster Council worked with consultants (Mayhew Associates) to share information. This enabled us (using the consultants’ process: Neighbourhood Knowledge Management) to develop a comprehensive database of people in Doncaster, giving us our most up to date estimate of Doncaster’s population.
The project also produced thirteen single page “flyers” that look at single issues and examine some of the factors that might predict an outcome. For instance: people are more likely to give up smoking if they have a live in a two-adult household but less likely if there are children in the home.
