What is the DtS Officers Group?
The Officers group is a meeting of key contacts from all partner organisations who get together to carry out actions as needed by the partnership.
The objectives of the officers group are
• Enable working in more integrated manner
• Identify and resolve gaps in delivery
• Identify opportunities to Share Resources where appropriate
• Set the Agenda for DtS
• Oversee the Performance Management Framework for the Partnership
• Improve Communications between DtS and Theme Boards
• Provide a task & finish function for some items
• Deal with issues from Theme Boards
The officers group meets about a week after each DtS Board meeting.
